    On behalf of the ISCSLP 2010 Organizing Committee, it is my pleasure to welcome all of you to Tainan, the most historical and cultural city of Taiwan, and join us at the 7th International Symposium on Chinese Spoken Language Processing (ISCSLP). The symposium is organized by National Cheng-Kung University (NCKU) also well-known by its great capacity of researching energy.
