Abstract :
For a realistic simulation of low voltage distribution grids containing mainly household loads and distributed photovoltaic systems, a temporal resolution of one minute is proposed in this paper. Data sets of domestic household load profiles and solar irradiance data with a temporal resolution of one second are analysed with different statistical approaches. Although any averaging of measurement data causes information loss, the loss of information only increases rapidly if a temporal resolution of more than one minute is employed.
