Abstract
This paper presents a technique to generate optimal results during resource allocation. The whole procedure is discussed and solved. A new integer programming (IP) model is presented that supports the optimal allocation of useful resources in a university environment during the process of daily timetable generation keeping in view the priorities of both the teachers and administration. The time consuming task of time table generation in any organization can be performed easily by properly formulating a mathematical model. No matter how complex is the process of resource allocation of an organization, if we formulate the mathematical model in an efficient manner avoiding the redundancy the desired result can be achieved easily
