Abstract :
The paper proposes a methodology of modeling and simulation for supply chain business systems. Supply chain systems require collaboration with the chain member companies. The well-organized communication should be performed within the chain in order for the chain members to synchronize daily operations and to utilize common resource. First, the paper describes a case study for process specifications of a supply chain system. Second, it gives generic information process models, which represent process synchronization and data communication among chain member companies. It also proposes a methodology for business system simulation of supply chains
