  • Abstract
    Resource management information System is based on system theory, information theory and control theory. It has received a wide range of applications, such as the scientific management of the resource data to support various types of resources and scientific research activities to meet national or regional comprehensive development and utilization of resources, protection, and decision support, resources for dynamic monitoring, resource forecasting, disaster forecast as well as resource information on a variety of forms of production; and information sharing of resources has played a significant role. In this paper, we analyses how to construct resources management information system.
