The knowledge complexity and environment uncertainty in decision making evoke that strategy is not easy to be executed. It will influence the achievement of organization objectives and organization performance onward. This research is to solve those problems and the importance of knowledge management in making the strategy execute. The knowledge management metric for measuring the performance of strategy execution is designed. This is to provide the measurement of knowledge process in solving the problems arisen in execution. The mechanism of it will be implemented in the design of knowledge management system as a tool in measuring and monitoring the strategy execution. This system also provides some services to show the stakeholderspsila participation and collaboration in order to face the problem in execution.
