Abstract :
BP artificial neural network simulates the human brain´s neural network works, and establishes the model which can “learn”, and is able to take full advantage and accumulate of the experiential knowledge, thus minimizes the error between the optimal solution and the actual value. In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation of IT industry safe development and its trend of Province J are analyzed by the construction of industry forewarning model and BPANN.
