Abstract
In this paper, the degree of reader´s satisfaction and querulous of in university library are quantified simultaneously utilizing interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) as information carrier. Then we use the weighted arithmetic average operator of IVIFS to aggregate the result of every alternative with respect to a finite set of indexes, and to compare the size of all evaluation results of each alternative according to the score function and accuracy function of IVIFS. Finally, an example is given to explain the validity and practicability of this method about evaluation of the degree of reader´s satisfaction in university library .
