Abstract
We demonstrate a tunable all-optical repetition rate multiplier based on the temporal Talbot effect. An 8.62 GHz input pulse train is reflected from a cascade of 1 to 4 linearly chirped Bragg gratings, resulting in repetition rate multiplication factors of 3 to 12.
