Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. The transmission spectrum comprises most state parameters of the arc plasma. The most important plasma parameters, such as temperature distribution, velocity of particles, ingredient and etc, can be get through spectrum diagnosis. Abel inversion is the most important process in spectrum diagnosis. Integral singularity is the most difficult problem in Abel inversion In this paper a novel calculate method was put forward to Able inversion based on cubic spline interpolation theory and cosine transform. At the integral singularity points cosine transform was carried out to solve the problem. This method got some breakthrough in solving the problem of integral singularity. It proved to be good accuracy and easy to realization through experiments.
