Abstract :
Sol gel-self assembly technique is presented to produce nanocrystals thin films. This combined technique was applied because more convenient, faster, simpler and less costly than others method. FESEM images show that the Mn doped ZnS exhibit the spherical type. The ZnS:Mn colloidal performs the high bandgap in visible region. Furthermore, the optical properties of the nanocrystals thin films are also studied by photolumines (PL). PL spectrum show the blue and orange emission due to 4T1-6A1 of Mn2+ transition.
