Abstract :
In order to select the reasonable risk management strategy, which to control and manage the risk of virtual enterprise in project logistics, the palette of risk management strategy for virtual enterprise in project logistics is designed at first, then this palette is quantifiable by risk decision model and calculated by Genetic Algorithm. Finally the model is used to estimate each risk factor in real project logistics process.
