Abstract :
This study has proposed and experimentally demonstrates a technique for physical layer LAN emulation on a PON using RF subcarrier multiplexed transmission of LAN data. The results show that this technique is capable of supporting high bandwidth LAN data while having minimal effect on the PON transmissions.
