Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. More than a decade after the US DOE first approve studying conceptual designs for a National Ignition Facility (NIP) we are, today, on the threshold of doing the first experiments on that facility. This talk reports the progress we have made on NIP and ICF over Wednesday Afternoon, 4 June 2003 over a broad front.
