Abstract
The logistics decision-making process needs data from basic ERP system in enterprises. Semantic difference and heterogeneous database generally lies in between information system and decision-making system which leads to a low efficiency decision making process. A solution that uses ontology to describe the concepts, terms, knowledge and methods of logistics is constructed in a formal and specification way. Two-dimension knowledge representation architecture is put forward based on a set of concepts and methodologies. An assistant decision-making system based on the architecture which bridges the gap of the two systems mentioned above is designed and the prototype called UBLDSS is implemented. In this system, functions such as information transfer, knowledge transform and knowledge integration can be easily achieved. The problem caused by the incompatible semantic and data between different systems is solved, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of dynamic logistics decision-making procedure in enterprises.
