Abstract
We experimentally demonstrate a polarization insensitive all-optical clock recovery, tolerant for an input optical signal to noise ratio as low as 15dB/0.1 nm, by cascading a bulk-based and a quantum-dots based self-pulsating lasers at 4OGbit/s.
