Abstract
In this paper we use the normal cloud model tools to study vehicle maintenance behavior of customers in the vehicle maintenance service industry. We construct standards clouds in accordance with the standards of industry and compare the standard clouds with customer clouds to determine which type that the customer should be. Doing this may help vehicle maintenance service persons analyze the characters of customers, provide more appropriate services and help corporation raise the level of service and the competitiveness.
