Full-scale experimental study of lime enhanced coagulation were carried out for organic pollutants removal. The results indicated that lime adding could improve the coagulation and sedimentation process. Long term full-scale experiment showed that higher organic pollutants removal efficiency could be achieved by adding lime as coagulant aid. In addition, the application of lime as a coagulant aid were discussed.
