Abstract :
Full implementation of WISP (Western Interconnection Synchrophasor Program) is scheduled for March 2013. New synchrophasor applications that allow better visibility of the interconnection will be deployed in WECC´s Reliability Coordination Centers in Vancouver, Wash., and Loveland, Colo. This paper provides a brief insight into the new applications and their functionality.
