In recent years, the overall employment conditions are not very good. Because of the economic crisis in 2009, the employment rate of university students in China has been declining. With the recent adjustment of national policies, the employment situation tends to be stable. Solving the employment issue is not only related to the existence of a college, but also to the reform and development of higher education. However, the different performance of students in the recruitment depends on their professional standard and integral quality. Therefore, the solution of employment difficulties depends on the society, college schools and college students themselves, including the interaction between them.
