Abstract :
This paper introduces the application of parametric design to feature and feature-based modeling to form parametric feature and realize modeling parametrically. With OOP, the required information is capsulated and new feature can be derived from old one by inheritance. This method integrates the abundance of feature information and the encapsulation and inheritance of OOP.
