Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

By introducing a true “design team” in the teaching process, change the remaining one-way interaction between “education” and “learning” in the teaching of art design. So that there is a three-dimensional interaction between teachers and students and the teaching process will become the process which the teachers and students will discuss together, design together, making teaching to become a true creation process for both teachers and students to face practice.
