    Experiments were conducted for enhancing organic pollutants and turbidity removal of polluted raw water by potassium permanganate composite (PPC). The effect of oxidants´ dosing point on pollutants removal efficiency were discussed. The results indicated that PPC adding after rapid mixing period in coagulation process would cause positive effect.
