Abstract :
In this paper, we consider the H control problem for the generalized systems. If some conditions are satisfied, the generalized system can be generally stabilized by the state feedback. When the state variables can´t all be measured, the minimal generalized function observer and the normal function observer are derived, and also the closed-loop system is still generally stable.
