Abstract :
Rapid developments of microelectronics technology constantly promote the information technology revolution driving sorts of new electronic products to be produced. With the continuous requirements of light, thin and small for new generation of electronic devices, the traditional rigid substrate electronic products have gradually dissatisfied those demands for mobile products and have promoted the production of electronic products that are fabricated on thin flexible substrates, such as paper substrate due to the features of lightweight, biodegradable and recyclable. In order to achieve a sample of paper-based writing electronics with improved electrical and mechanical performance, a high solid loading of Ag NPs ink to 80 wt % has been presented in this paper, and the related dispensing writing system consisted by an air compressor machine and a dispenser has been configured to dispense the ink to form paper-based electronics. Finally, the writability and applicability also have been validated.
