Recently, millimeter wave system has experienced greet improvement, especially in the fields such as fire control radar, electronic countermeasures(ECM), wireless communication and other military application. At the same time, package are meeting new challenge. As a passive device, a millimeter wave package should have low insert loss and wide frequency band to meet the demand of millimeter wave application.
