Abstract :
Using the theory and method of deterministic multi-layer programming and monolayer fuzzy programming, this paper presents a fuzzy bi-level optimal model based on non-deterministic environment and solves it by hybrid genetic algorithm. The model is used to solve programming of some domestic oilfield, and it can reflect the actual situation of oilfield better. The result shows that the fuzzy bi-level optimal model is a powerful tool to design the optimization scheme of oilfield development.
