Abstract :
A fuzzy reasoning arithmetic is discussed and a fuzzy reasoning model is applied to the intelligent evaluation expert system of scientific items. The great difference between the fact and the result obtained from the old intelligent evaluation expert system is due to not considering each expert´s influence. In order to solve this problem, the author constructed a new intelligent evaluation expert system based on level fuzzy reasoning, from which a satisfying result can be obtained based on simulation.
