Abstract
As the technology and popularity of distributed hypermedia tools continues to grow, more educators are turning to the World Wide Web to present course materials. While such web-sites have grown dramatically, the duality and presentation of information found on many web pages can often be lacking. A methodology for web-based learning in engineering has been developed and offers a format for educators to produce hypermedia information in a controlled and structured way
