  • Abstract
    The presented proposal is an alternative to the currently existing simulators used in wireless sensor network simulations. The simplicity on implementing the presented protocols evidenced an easy learning curve. Moreover, the tests showed that this tool allows fast simulations even when using a large number of nodes. Thus, the works in progress include the simulation of the multi protocol and its successors, multi-K and multi-Geo protocols, with a larger number of nodes to allow a better analysis of their performances in larger networks, mainly in the multi-Geo protocol, which is expected to present a better performance when used in larger scenarios. Then, it will also be possible to present improvements for this protocol.
