Abstract
In accordance with the problem of fuzzy reasoning in the longer reasoning chaining of expert systems, the fuzzy reasoning algorithm of characteristic expansion based on the triple I method was proposed. The fuzzy reasoning model, a new set of algorithms applied to imprecise spreading in expert systems, was deduced. Besides, this model just accorded with the general model of imprecise reasoning of expert systems in an abstract framework and was widely available. The barrier of fuzzy reasoning in expert systems was broken down theoretically.
