Abstract
The deployment of wide-area OpenFlow networks is essential for the global research community. Although OpenFlow´s first target was campus network, we cannot ignore its wide-area deployment, especially from the perspective of Future Internet (FI) R&D. In this paper, we propose design and implementation of the “Extended RISE controller” (eRISE). The eRISE is a modified version of RISE controller which is OpenFlow controller for our OpenFlow testbed network “RISE” (Research Infrastructure for large-Scale network Experiments). Also, we discuss “Interdomain” function for OpenFlow testbed. Finally, we discuss about current issues and future works.
