Abstract :
Results of the analysis of intensity fluctuations characteristics of the radiation, scattered on optical non-uniformity of turbulent atmosphere (dynamic speckle - pattern) are presented in this work. Time coherence function and time frequency spectrum dependence on refraction index fluctuations are found by the suggested diffraction model of radiation scattering on phase medium non-uniformity. It is shown, that the refraction index fluctuation in the turbulence scales is determined only by wavelength and supervision geometry. Experimental data of root-mean-square value of the refraction index fluctuations of atmosphere turbulence measured along near-surface optical path is given below.
