Abstract :
The chief bottleneck is the capability that SCPs deal with services and communicate with SSPs in traditional intelligent networks (IN). As technologies evolved, researchers have presented the distributed IN (DIN) for overcoming the bottleneck problem. This paper presents a cost-based distributed adaptive load control model and its load control algorithm based on DIN. And then, the emulation results and its analysis are given.
