Abstract :
In this article Kravchenko-Kotelnikov-Levitan-Wigner distributions are presented. These distributions are based on Wigner distribution in aggregate with generalized Whittaker-Kotelnikov-Shannon (WKS) series and Levitan polynomial constructed on basis of atomic functions (AF). The numerical experiments and physical analysis both have illustrated effectiveness of this approach for digital radar signal processing.
