Abstract :
In supply chain system, site selection of nodes is one of important decision issues. To encompass uncertainty and vagueness of messages, we utilize a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making(FMCDM) method called fuzzy TOPSIS to solve the site selection problem under fuzzy environment. By fuzzy TOPSIS, alternatives´ extreme solutions are found, and the distances between alternatives and extreme solutions on all criteria are easily calculated. The distances are multiplied by related weights into weighted values. Then the vectors composed of weighted values are compared with related extreme vectors, and the comparing differences are merged into relative closeness coefficients. Finally, all alternatives are ranked according to the coefficients of themselves and thus the problem is solved.
