Abstract :
At present, the sailorman have a little measure and time to do maintains training in real equipment and its failure effect is not very good. In allusion to this problem, this text founded virtual maintenance exploitation flat for sailormen in the need of maintenance training. The exploitation flat adopted the Aligned Axis Bounding Box and geometrical restriction method to solve the problems of collision detection and used the key frame technology to control the virtual human´ motion. It not only satisfied the need of the speed, but also simulated the entire process of maintenance realistically to train and examine the sailorman. Some different applications have proved the exploitation flat had a very good currency and could adapt to set up different virtual maintenance training systems easily.
