Abstract :
Aiming at fuzziness of water-saving irrigation technology evaluation and the independence and incompatibility of each single index, a entropy-weight based fuzzy matter-element model for paddy field water-saving irrigation technology optimization was established based on the combination of fuzzy matter-element and the entropy theory in paddy field water-saving irrigation technology evaluation in the Sanjiang Plain in Heilongjiang province, and the model was compared with grey relation projection method in evaluation. The result showed that the model weight coefficients of indexes calculation using the utility value of data themselves which was reflected by information entropy could effectively avoid the difficulty in weight distribution and the uncertainty of subjective judgment, so the model is reasonable and feasible to be applied in paddy field water-saving irrigation technology optimization.
