Abstract :
The phase of virtual prototyping, based in general on a set of numerical simulations of the system, now requires the provision of suitable models. Theses models must take into account the real behavior of systems under different kinds of physical constraints (thermal, electromagnetic ...). Especially in this work, we are interested to the proposition and implementation of libraries of EMC models for PCB and passives components used in power electronics circuits. These models will be implemented into VHDL-AMS, in order to be used to simulate the behavior of these components using circuit´s simulation platform.
