Abstract :
With the research on the mechanical vibration testing system structure and the typical data acquisition architecture for real-time signal processing, we present a new type of data acquisition board based on general PC developed for a mechanical vibration generator that is of our own copyright. Both the principles and the designing scheme of high-speed data acquisition are introduced. The system mainly consists of a 5-channel vibration signals processing module and a 2-channel output module. The board enables the host computer to acquire rough vibration signals and output drive signals through its ISA bus transparently. Its high performance makes it possible for the host computer to process large amount of vibration signals and compute drive signals in real time.
