Abstract :
Power electronic system with high compacity and energy effectiveness are qualities that engineer are always looking. Power system design is based on the simulation accuracy and require precise power devices prototype. However, the wiring parasitic inductance need included in simulation results. This work focuses to accurate model of the switching cell purpose. The wiring parasitic inductances of the layout are integrated in simulation. As well, simulation results are discussed.
