Abstract :
An oblique incidence excitation is used for non dispersive bi-anisotropic medium to retrieve the longitudinal constitutive parameters. The method uses a single oblique incidence, but two slab samples of the medium under test with two different thicknesses. This makes it possible to invert the interface boundary conditions for bi-anisotropic media and to obtain closed-form expressions for the wave number and the constitutive parameters.
