Abstract :
We employ the special function of wavelet transform that can extract the characteristics of singular signals, as to the thrust fluctuation in the direct drive linear servo system, to process wavelet analysis and research on the thrust fluctuation in permanent-magnet synchronous linear motor servo system, and it finally proves that we can observe the velocity variation of a machine tool worktable by analyzing wavelet transformed thrust of a permanent-magnet linear synchronous motor, so as to provide relatively more accurate state information for control system
