Abstract :
In this paper, the definition of servo stiffness and the system mathematic model of direct drive minertial NC machine tool rotary table system are introduced. One kind of new adaptive Hinfin controller is designed by making use of feed forward compensation and introducing parameter perturbation or disturbance, comparing with the classical PID controller, this new controller can reduce the angle deviation caused by the moment of disturbance force, at the same time the system´s stabilization is guaranteed, so the whole system´s performance is improved
