Abstract :
In this paper, the authors have investigated energy production estimation on large-scale time from photovoltaic power generation station in Southern Tunisia. The steady-state models of the photovoltaic system have been used. The evaluation for energy production estimation of the solar generating system is developed with the integration of photovoltaic modules losses and converters losses. The design of the photovoltaic system architecture according to the project site and according to metrological data was presented. The obtained results show that even with all losses integration the photovoltaic system remains an important solution to southern Tunisia.
