Abstract :
The artificial intelligence has been applied to the area of medical care in the last decade, in which a large number of expert systems were constructed to help medical diagnoses. With the increase of medical care and tourism, many information technologies have been integrated and employed in personal medical care and tourism. In this study, the mobile device was combined with the Global Positioning System (GPS) to analyze the user information, such as type of surgery, sunshine factor, temperature and humidity of scenic spots and so forth, to obtain the fitness about the scenic spots. Moreover, this study employs the fuzzy techniques to recommend the suitable travel to the postoperative for medical care. The result concerning this study can offer the service of personal medical tourism and postoperative medical care.
