Abstract :
High Peak to Average Power Ratio is one of the major drawbacks in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) which is used in Third Generation Partnership Project Long Term Evolution (3GPP LTE) in Downlink. In this paper, we review and analyze some precoding techniques in OFDM and highlight their superiority versus other PARR reduction techniques mentioned in literature.
