Abstract :
The concept of batch processing in workflow is to model and enact the batch processing logic for multiple cases of a workflow in order to optimize business processes execution dynamically. To achieve this goal, it is important to define a dataflow operation language to compose and decompose the data in multiple cases of a workflow vertically. Though our previous work has preliminarily investigated the model and its implementation, there is still lack of a formally defined dataflow operation language for batch processing in workflow. In this paper, we propose a method which is based on a partial vector space to model the dataflow in multiple workflow cases. Based on this model, the data batch-operation primitives are specified and defined formally.
