Abstract

The main results of development of nanoelectronics microwave in Tomsk are presented. Development of the private and state partnership, role of university researches, the scientific and educational center “Nanotechnologies” in industry development is considered. The brief overview of development of the industrial enterprises and their interaction with universities is given. It is reported about the first results of creation of professional standards in the field of design and production of microwave nanoheterostructural monolithic integrated circuits.
