Abstract :
The analysis of the modern condition of nanonetworks´ designs and creation strategy is presented. Two main alternatives of the nanocommunication organization are considered: electromagnetic one in terahertz band on the basis of principles of classical electromagnetic communication, and molecular one demanding involvement of biotechnologies for the realization.
